As a Virtual Receptionist at Venture Smarter, you will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming, and efficient. You will manage calls, emails, and scheduling, while providing administrative support to ensure operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Manage emails, messages, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses
Schedule and confirm appointments across different time zones
Maintain accurate call logs and records of client interactions
Provide information about company services and route inquiries to the appropriate team members
Perform light administrative tasks to support daily operations
Qualifications
Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or virtual assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
Proficiency in phone systems, email, and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.)
