We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns to promote our products and services, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating email campaigns, testing and optimizing email templates, analyzing email performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing and creating email templates, selecting target audiences, and scheduling email sends
- Develop automated email campaigns, including trigger-based and drip campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to improve email marketing efforts
- Manage email database and maintain email list hygiene.
- Provide regular reports on email marketing performance to the marketing team and management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Experience with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Hubspot
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze email campaign metrics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
