Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, making outbound sales calls, and closing sales deals over the phone. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote the company's services
Handling customer inquiries and providing them with product or service information.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls and emails
Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and improve sales processes
Continuously learning about the company's products and services to provide customers with up-to-date information and recommendations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to make persuasive sales pitches and negotiate effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
