We are seeking the services of a proactive and self driven individual to take on the responsibility of Human Resource and Admin Officer.
Job Summary:
Provide advice and counsel to managers, supervisors and employees regarding Human Resource policies and procedures. Manage the HR and Admin functions from strategic planning to implementation that includes:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company’s HR policies.
- Disseminate human resource policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees.
- Communicate newly incorporated policies and/or changes in existing HR policies as and where applicable.
- Assist in daily operations of HR which include but are not limited to areas of Recruitment & Selection, employee onboarding & documentation, payroll management and any other tasks assigned by management.
- Assist in finalizing performance appraisal methods and forms
- Assist in the handling of employee complaints and grievances and implementation of appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Perform Admin activities as assigned by management.
