Role: Remote Monitoring and Management of the Company’s assets for the best possible experience in line with the company’s vision to provide the best sales and service experience – the right way.
Responsibilities:
• Identifies, investigates, and resolves users’ problems with computer software and hardware.
• Monitoring and Management of Network Equipment.
• Camera System Access Control, Audits and Reporting.
• Alarm System Access Control, Audits and Reporting.
• Mailbox creation and maintenance of distribution lists.
• Support user for Workforce System and NetSuite Access.
• Helpdesk calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns.
• Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
• Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
• Guides users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include the use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.
• Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems.
• Services or Technician scheduling with service providers for printers and alarm systems.
• Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends. Education and Experience
• Bachelors/Diploma in Information Technology or related field, any experience is a plus.
• Advanced working knowledge of modern-day Operating Systems/Versions and related technologies. Soft Skills
