Position summary: Looking for a Financial Analyst who will focus on the improvement of reporting and planning processes and help enable our sales organization to achieve further success through insightful analyses. The Financial Analyst will support various departments by providing timely and accurate reports and work cross functionally with Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Two (2) or more years of Finance/Accounting experience.
Advanced level in Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Qualifications desired:
Prior Corporate FP&A and/or Business Unit experience
Prior experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Domo, Tableau or equivalent.
Prior experience working with commission applications or similar software.
Prior supervisory or leadership experiencePrior public accounting experience.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Handle day‐to‐day reporting requirements and various ad hoc financial analyses including contest ROIs.
Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient data management system.
Confirm accuracy of data through comparisons and reviews and detect and communicate errors timely.
Provide guidance and training to sales and commission teams on plan structures, reports, policies, and other relevant processes.
Perform monthly analysis of expenses by sales group in relationship to the company plan and estimates.
Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
Identify issues, provide recommendations for cost savings, and improve financial performance.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management.
Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments with tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detailAbility to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision.
