Job Responsibilities

  • Create VeriPark product & company training material.
  • Co-create, organize and execute role-based training programs.
  • Deliver classroom (international) and web training.
  • Define certification programs.
  • Provide the material for the eLearning content builders.
  • Setup and manage exercise environments.
  • Collaborate with product and project teams.

Required skills & experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Profound knowledge of Dynamics D365 CRM (application & customization level) is a must.
  • Excellent skills in building training material.
  • Proven experience in delivering training.
  • Excellent English is required, both spoken and written.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint).

Preferred skills & experience

  • Experience in Banking (retail, corporate, private) industry is a plus.
  • International training experience.
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and architectures (Microsoft).
  • Experience in D365 CRM implementation projects.
  • Creating exams and/or certification programs.
