Job Responsibilities
- Create VeriPark product & company training material.
- Co-create, organize and execute role-based training programs.
- Deliver classroom (international) and web training.
- Define certification programs.
- Provide the material for the eLearning content builders.
- Setup and manage exercise environments.
- Collaborate with product and project teams.
Required skills & experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Profound knowledge of Dynamics D365 CRM (application & customization level) is a must.
- Excellent skills in building training material.
- Proven experience in delivering training.
- Excellent English is required, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint).
Preferred skills & experience
- Experience in Banking (retail, corporate, private) industry is a plus.
- International training experience.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and architectures (Microsoft).
- Experience in D365 CRM implementation projects.
- Creating exams and/or certification programs.
