Responsibilities:
- Assist in all procurement, logistics operations, and service contracting as per organization’s policies and procedures.
- Coordinate procurement actions with the Procurement Officer and Financial Analyst.
- Assist staff in all domestic and international travels as per their requirements.
- Assist in maintaining comprehensive inventory of all items and ensure in-time ordering.
- Co ordinate and assist with regulatory work, form fillings and legal applications
- Assist with office and project administration.
- Gathering documentation according to tender requirments and keeping track of up coming tenders.
- Report as per supervisor’s requirements on all procurement activities.
- Process payment documents as per procedure and inform suppliers for collection of their cheques.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably Master’s in related field.
- Minimum of 4 (four) years of work experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to keep clear and concise records
- Good communication skills oral and verbal (English and Urdu)
- Effective communication & negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office package
- Preferably prior working experience with international organizations
