Job Description:
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Upsell products and services
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 Days a week
Requirements:
- Must possess strong negotiation ability.
- Outbound Sales Experience
- English Fluency
- Willing to work in night shift during 6pm to 1am
