Telesales Representative

Job Description:

Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Provide service information to customers
Research required information using available resources
Route calls to appropriate resources
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Upsell products and services
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned
5 Days a week

Requirements:

Must possess strong negotiation ability.
Outbound Sales Experience
English Fluency
Willing to work in night shift during 6pm to 1am
