Vertex Chemicals, formerly Pagel Pakistan, is a leading manufacturer of construction chemicals for improving, protecting, repairing and decorating of construction assets.
We are currently hiring a Digital marketing manager overlook our central marketing activities and personally engage in generating leads through various channels and support regional sales teams to convert them, in liaison with the product manager. Apart from generating leads, this is a highly analytical role, which will require consistent monitoring through cloud CRM and generating meaningful reports.
The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using primarily online methods and also leveraging conventional offline media to gain new leads. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse effectiveness of marketing content against established KPIs.
- Monitor and report effectiveness of all distributor sales activities.
- Participate in design and planning of marketing content.
- Find and target audiences for each product category. Create a database and record journey throughout the customer funnel.
- Support sales team in presenting the company and its value proposition.
- Ability to take on responsibilities and to work autonomously as required.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate best practices into our marketing operations.
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree from a top university. Undergraduate science or computer degree, followed by an MBA (or equivalent) will be highly preferred.
- 5+ year of succesful Digital Marketing experience, preferably in a large B2B oriented company. International exposure will be beneficial.
- In depth knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook, Linkedin, SEO, Google ads, Email marketing etc.)
- Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce or Netsuite)
- Advanced Analytics skills (should be demonstrable)
The is a seniour level role is based in Faisalabad with a good potential for long term development. We are essentially looking for a future Marketing Director, with strong leadership skills.
