VERETX IT Service is looking for experienced Call Center Agent candidates to apply for a Remote Position for a US based Recruitment Agency. Good candidate must have exceptional communication skills (Speaking & Listening Specially) along with professional management skills. As a Call Center Agent, you will be doing Voice Interviews of candidates and act as liaison between all involved Stake holders in the process. Knowledge and understanding of Technical Roles, Technical Skills and IT is a big Plus.

Job Type: Full-Time and Position is totally Remote (Work from Home)

Time Zone: Night Shift in Pakistan (07:00 PM to 04:00 AM) OR US EST and MST

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Do and respond to all required emails
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify Requirements, needs, clarify information, research every issue and escalate to Team Lead
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service

Qualifications/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in any IT/CS, engineering and any other technical equivalent
  • Previous Experience in any US-based Calling environment
  • Track record of over-achieving targets
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and technical skills
  • Hands on experience using MS Office 
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Oversees inbound & outbound calls center experience 
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Skills Required:

  • Strong US English communication skills 
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Internet Browsers, MS Excel and Word)
  • Ethical Professional and data organizational Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of IT & Technical Roles and Skills is a great plus
