Stock Placement in warehouse. Stock GRN's. Barcoding of products against GRN. Assuring true pasting against stock. Syncing data with server. Dispatching STR through Scanning. Maintaining cargo and records against STR. STR reporting to HOD along with cargo records for submission. Daily stock movement reports to HOD. Stock audits for warehouse weekly/fortnight/monthly. Assuring stock receiving along with dispatch from all shops.
1. Logistics/Distribution:
• Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements.
• Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
• Managing all product transportation long term cordial relationships with transporters.
• Monitoring & transporting costs & contact renewals.
• Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices.
• Manage the execution of Shipment Plans.
2. Warehouse Management:
• Responsible for the maintenance and safety of Warehouses
• Responsible for the renovation and repair of Warehouses if necessary
• Ensure that the location and structure of new Warehouses (if required) are feasible for product storage and in compliance with the given standards
• Responsible for the procedural understanding of the new warehouse
• Responsible for conducting Internal Audits on a quarterly basis
• Ensure the implementation of the recommendations made in the Audit
• Ensure effective warehouse management as per given SOPs
• Evaluate locations for new warehouses and distribution networks in order to determine their potential usefulness
• Oversee product distribution as per SOPs.
• Oversee maintenance of Stock Inventory as per SOP.
• Monitor current stock level at the Warehouse and determine requirement of additional stock
• Manage the execution of Shipment Plans
3. Team Development and HSE Compliance:
• Overall responsibility for building & sustaining a knowledgeable & motivated Team
• Develop SOPs and Manuals
• Manage performance management for the team members
• Create awareness regarding safe operations within the team
• Ensure implementation of safe work practices for consistent and efficient operations as per HSE Policy
