REQUIREMENTS:
- Collect and analyze business requirements for ERP all modules.
- Setup new acquisitions.
- Responsible for the development and testing of subsystems and system components with its documentation.
- Work with business users to refine requirements documents, functional design, technical and testing documents
- Convert business requirements into technical design documents, develop and implement the solution
- Assist in design, development, testing and implementation of ERP all projects.
- Work closely with the IT manager on new projects to ensure smooth execution of the task.
- Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet customer specifications.
- Support technical team in development.
- Develop testing scenarios and perform QA for customizations and integrations.
- Liaison between HO ERP Team and end user for timely resolution of technical issues and solution to end user.
- Operational manual preparation for each module relating to update and new implementation in ERP.
- Deliver ERP end user training.
- Training and development of employees to ensure that they understand how ERP runs and embedded company policies.
- Develop user guides and training materials.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experiences as an ERP Consultant in the Account and finance Sector.
SKILLS & TOOLS:
- Exposure to implementation projects in a lead role
- Familiarity with Cloud ERP, functional and technical
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
