Responsibilities

  • Update company database with the data of new employees (e.g. Background, qualification, skill, etc.).
  • Collect payroll information including working days, ledgers and bank accounts.
  • Assist HR in preparing monthly payroll changes
  • Assist in recruitment process by shortlisting cv's and making grid
  • Facilitate interview panel in conduction of interviews by fulfilling pre requirements
  • Maintain and update employees' leave and attendance record. 
  • Publish and remove job ads on different platforms (e.g. job boards, social networks, careers pages, etc.).
  • Schedule prospective candidate’s job interviews and be a point of contact as required.
  • Respond to inquiries of employees with respect to benefits like the precedent, number of qualified vacation days, etc.
  • Maintain and update all files related to HR department including employee personal files, project files, leave records, attendance file and any other file as directed by the supervisor.
  • Ensure that janitorial and canteen staff stays on duty properly. 
  • Ensure surprise checks over floor in terms of keeping overall working environment safe and hygienically clean.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
  • 2 years of work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficient with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation/laws. Must have the knowledge of EOBI.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain an employee’s personal records.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
