 We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Viva and migration from on-premises to cloud to lead the design and implementation of a cloud-based SharePoint environment and migrate on-premises SharePoint data and applications to the cloud. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, data analysts, and IT professionals, to ensure that the SharePoint environment meets the organization's needs for scalability, security, and performance, and that Viva is effectively integrated and utilized to improve productivity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a cloud-based SharePoint environment that meets the organization's requirements for scalability, security, and performance
  • Plan and execute the migration of on-premises SharePoint data and applications to the cloud-based environment
  • Develop and maintain architecture and design documentation for the SharePoint environment
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop a SharePoint migration and Viva implementation strategy
  • Collaborate with data analysts to ensure that Viva is configured and utilized effectively to provide insights and recommendations for improving productivity and well-being
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for the SharePoint environment and Viva integration, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's long-term strategy
  • Provide technical guidance and support to SharePoint administrators and other IT professionals involved in the migration and maintenance of the SharePoint environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to SharePoint, Viva, and on-premises to cloud migration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Solution Architect, with a focus on on-premises to cloud migration
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, design, and administration, including experience with SharePoint Online
  • Experience with Microsoft Viva, including configuration, customization, and utilization of insights and recommendations to improve productivity and well-being
  • Experience with on-premises to cloud migration, including migration planning, data migration, and environment configuration
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and protocols for cloud-based environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
