VGS is seeking a dedicated IT and Marketing Specialist to lead and coordinate a team of 50 professionals. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage daily operations of the reception area, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient handling of inquiries.
- Lead and supervise a team of 50 personnel, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate between IT and marketing departments to ensure technology supports marketing objectives effectively.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and software to provide continuous support to business functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT solutions with marketing goals and company vision.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and IT system status for senior management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices in all IT and marketing activities.
- Facilitate communication between team members to promote a productive and positive work environment.
