Responsibilities:

Your duties include but are not limited to what is mentioned below.

You will be required to deliver professional customer serivce over:

  • Phone.
  • Email.
  • Text messaging Platform.
  • Website Chat.
  • Uber Conference/Screen Sharing.
  • Trouble shooting customer accounts on our cloud platform.
  • Trouble shooting our Android app on customer mobile devices.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday through Saturday (Sunday OFF)
  • Hours: 9* hours (1 hour break)
  • Timezone: 9am PST/PDT- 6pm PST/PDT

Skills you must have:

  • You must have Superior English conversational skills.
  • Professional writing and verbal skills in English is an must must.
  • Be self-learner and highly proactive.
  • Be able to self teach new platforms introduced to you.
  • Understand instructions in English.
  • Neutral English Accent.

Preferable skills over Chrome, Firefox, Skype, Zendesk, Slack, Playstore, Uber conference, Hubstaff, Hubspot and other Software.

Training:

We do not believe in Training, You will be on Pay-Roll from the day you join us.

We expect you to know the basics of almost everything in General about customer service, Business Communication in English and Common softwares and applications.

We are not a training school and we definitely do not teach English.

Upon successful completion of your first month, and if the company wills, the company will introduce to you our Lucrative commission structure to take home uncaped amounts.

  • Paid OFF

After the first month, the company will allow you one OFF day per month beside Sundays.
