A Construction company is looking for a well-qualified individual who is sharp, intelligent, and a quick learner, who is also willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Those willing to apply for this job must fulfill the below mentioned mandatory requirements:

  • Must have a degree in ENGINEERING, ACCOUNTING, or FINANCE
  • Must have His/her own laptop and a reliable internet source.
  • Available to work 7 days a week from 8 am – 5 pm (EST).
  • Must have a backup power source in case of a power crisis.
  • Able to use the internet effectively.

The resource will be required to do the following tasks:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and coordinating closely with the USA team.
  • Scheduling and follow-up of work.
  • Correspondence with the customer through email
  • Bookkeeping
  • Monitor and report on all operational activities.
  • Maintain a digital record of all business documents (invoices, contracts, purchase orders, etc.)
  • Managing timely reconciliation of invoicing data with the customer enabling
  • quick settlement of receivables.

Functional Skills:

  • Strong business management skills
  • Excellent hands-on experience with MS Excel
  • Strong solution orientation
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
