Viaesys is currently hiring a fulltime Software Implementation and Client Support Assistant.
This is an Online Position, the selected candidate will be working Remotely with our team based in Canada.
Main responsibilities and duties will include
- Help implement the Viaesys system with existing and new clients. You will beworking hand in hand with the Canadian team
- Create trainining documents and videos as instructed by your supervisor
- Test the Viaesys software, repost bugs, inconsistencies as trained by your supervisor
Required qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology or relevent from a renouned university
- Knowledge of software developement, testing, analysis
- Good excel and data analysis skills
- Fluent in English language (written and oral)
Other requirements
- Must have access to reliable high speed internet
- Be able to work from home including confrence calls with clients and the team in Canada
- Ideal for female candidates who would prefer to work from home
