- Established in 2010, Victorian International Academy (VIA) is a thriving Multi Million Organisation providing nationally recognised training to both international and domestic students in Australia.
- Regarded for quality training, delivered by passionate, industry experienced trainers, with our head office in Fitzroy, Victoria and other 12 locations in Victoria, and approximately 620 clients/students.
- Our business continues to grow and we now seek a full time digital marketing specialist to join our team to drive the initiatives that we have established.
- There are specific KPI's that are associated with this role, however, they are very achievable due to our ability to provide training programs tailored to meet the needs of industry.

The Role
- The digital marketing officer will be responsible for using digital channels to generate leads and build brand awareness about our product and services.
- Candidates Primary Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Company’s websites: You should have understanding of SEO/SEM and content marketing, and you need to update website content for SEO.
- Social media: Implement, update, monitor and manage Company’s and Chief Executive Officer’s social media brands/accounts via a variety of platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat etc.
- Candidate needs to create/update company’s and CEOs LinkedIn account. Funnel marketing on social media
- Working on Email marketing, online display ads, Google analytics and AdWords. Using google analytics data in an innovative ways to retain and attract new customers.
- Arranging and managing company’s marketing videos: Working on the basics of creating a video.
- Having an understanding of how to write scripts, use the platforms and apps to create videos, collecting raw videos from VIA’s Staff and converting raw videos to marketing brand videos.
About You:
For this role, it is desirable that you have:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing.
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing and online advertising
- Previous experience in email marketing, AdWords and SEO, and experience in working on catchy content marketing(updating contents on Websites, LinkedIn and other social media platforms)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills(Preference will be given to candidates having strong content writing skills)
- Strong analytic and technical skills, with the ability to process data into actionable insight. working experience on Funnel marketing.
- Video production skills highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience building and executing email campaigns, including use of marketing automation tools.
- Pleasant personality with can do attitude and with innovative and creative mind and can bring marketing ideas to generate company’s revenue.
