Viftech is urgently looking for an HR Internee and HR Officer for its HR Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing the right profiles for vacant position.
- Conduct initial screening and schedule an interview with the Manager.
- Constant follow-up with the candidates.
- Responsible for HR Filing, Recruitment, Onboarding and documentations.
Job Requirement for an Intern
- Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in HR) from a reputed institution.
- Enthusiastic and energetic. Eager to learn and possesses ability to deliver results.
- Prior experience / knowledge in HR would be a plus.
Note: Based on the performance, successful candidate would be offered a fulltime employment.
Job Requirement for HR Officer
- Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in HR) from a reputed institution.
- 1-2 years of HR experience in the areas of Recruitment, HR Filing and operations, Onboarding and reporting/documentations.
