Viftech Solutions is Looking for individuals to fulfill the role of Dynamics 365 Developers.
Candidates must be work remotely.
Job Responsibilities
- Who can take ownership for the whole end to end delivery performing analysis design configuration testing and maintenance of large scale case management application.
- The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture design and development of applications on MS Dynamics 365 / power platform.
- Maintain internal CRM ticketing system including customer portal
- Identify and raise work orders for clients when required
- Participate and contribute to D365 Solution documentation and configuration to support customer solutions
- Lead training for customer solutions and as part of rollout
- Respond to customer concerns as an integral part of project and support teams as required
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-4 years of experience working in consulting environments and managing deadlines and configuring and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365/ CRM solutions
- Proficiency in English both spoken and technical writing skills required
- Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and proactively reaching out to cross-functional teams and customers
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Analyzing and understanding business problems
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns.
Bonus Points
- Exposure to Office 365 and Azure cloud solutions.
- Exposure to Integration tools (Scribe, SSIS, Web Services)
- JavaScript, HTML & React
- Experience implementing complimentary solutions (D365 Portals, Click Dimensions, Dynamics Marketing, Flow, Power Apps)
