Should have:
• 10+ years of experience in managing different software projects or products.
• Should have worked on SAAS or cloud based products or projects
• Agile certified practitioner
• Previous experience of working on complex Live chat or ticketing project.
• Experience of creating user stories, acceptance test, competitive analysis.
• Excellent english communication verbal as well as written
Shift: Evening.
