Urgently looking for a Head of Development for our Development Department. Please review the Job Details below and apply in confidence.
Responsibilities:
- The Head would be responsible to collaborate with the Software Sales Team to identify the requirement of the customer and design an architecture according to the need.
- Heading a team of over 100 technical staff that includes but not limited to SQL, .NET, C#, PHP, Oracle, AZURE and etc.
- Head will ensure the compliance, quality, timeline and cost of the project.
- Develop technical architecture of business applications of the Company and strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and satisfy customer’s need.
- Research and implement new technologies to drive competitive advantage and profitability.
- Build-up and establish robust development team and utilize scrum agile methodology to manage it day-to-day.
- Implement continuous integration, micro-services architecture and establish best development practices across the organization.
Must Have:
- Minimum Graduate from a reputed institution.
- Over 10 years in IT Industry with 2-3 years of experience Leading a Team of Developers/Technical Staff.
- Experience in managing a staff of 75 and above.
- The resource should be technically equipped with modern IT Software and Application Systems.
- Hands-on experience in project planning and execution utilizing Scrum, Agile, Jira.
