- Viral Square a fast Growing Software Development Company based in Lahore is looking for an "innovative Solution Architect" to develop and implement a systems architecture that will meet business needs and must have Ruby on Rails expertise.
- The Solution Architect’s responsibilities include gathering requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems in place to identify areas in need of improvement, and overseeing development teams.
- You should also be able to regularly update the company on any developments in systems architecture projects.

Architect Responsibilities
- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives and to determine software requirements.
- Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow.
- Directly involved in development to resolve issues with the existing code to ensure the code quality and design.
- Building and integrating information systems to meet the company’s needs.
- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
- Controlling the architecture during the next iteration of the system release
- Resolving technical problems as they arise.
- Providing supervision and guidance to development teams.
- Choosing the system architecture and each individual component of this system at a high level
- Choosing the technologies for the implementation of each component and connections between the components
- Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
- Provide and implement detailed specifications for proposed solutions
- Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
- Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture.
Solution Architect Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
- Previous project management experience is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of coding languages (Ruby on Rails)
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
- Efficient communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
