Viral Square is an independent software development Company from Lahore is looking for a Key Account Manager.
- Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
- Maintain and expand client relationships through regular client contact and communications with internal teams
- Renegotiation of client contracts where necessary and working strategically with Sales where applicable to secure key contract extensions and renegotiation
- Manage the profitability of existing clients (ensuring collection of all applicable fees, working with Operations to optimize processes, addressing low/non-profit elements, etc.). Consider the global context for global clients
- Work and communicate closely with Business Development Manager, Head of Account Management (at a regional or global level as applicable), Operations Managers, and other key departmental stakeholders responsible for the portfolio of clients
- Ensure client account codes are up-to-date at all times and communicate changes to all relevant departments (Finance, Business, Clients, etc.) Weekly Liaisons with internal & external Ops team in executing and rolling out planned activities
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
Key Account Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or related field
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
