Viral Square is in need of a mature person for the position of IT Project Manager for our Software Company. The reason for this vacancy is the management of existing projects under Viral Square Umbrella.
The candidate should be,
- Proficient in handling each and every aspect of the project development, from team leading to a chain of command.
- Experienced in most of the latest frameworks and languages because you'll be responsible for deciding which technologies to use in the said project and we'll hire the team accordingly.
- A piece of Strong knowledge within a, as per service delivery environment within a company.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software mainly ASANA.
- Ensure client account codes are up-to-date at all times and communicate changes to all relevant departments
- Daily & Weekly SCRUM with internal & external Ops team in executing and rolling out planned activities
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on the project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Minimum 3 years of experience. Working with foreign clients only.
- Exceptional English communication skills. IELTS score will be highly desirable.
