Position Summary:
Administrative activities such as hiring, managing employee records, dispersing salaries, along with being responsible for administrative tasks like the following:
Major Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with employees and upper management, both in Pakistan and abroad
· Maintain human resource records
· Maintain and update job descriptions for all positions in coordination with the relevant departments
· Manage recruitment cycle for new openings in the firm—advertise, screen profiles and interview applicants
· Recruit new employees, negotiate and prepare contractual agreements ensuring that appropriate terms and conditions are included to protect the interests of the organisation
· Orient new hires with the present team and as and when required, conduct exit interviews
· Prepare employment contracts for promotions as well as experience letters etc.
· Effectively implement various HR policies and ensure compliance
· Manage monthly payroll process
· Maintain databases, create accounts for new hires and oversee work done on a daily basis.
· Maintain leave records, Biometric attendance register etc.
· Handle employee complaints and grievances
· Evaluate employees in coordination with department heads
· Review human resource policies and procedures and recommend updates/amendments
· Ensure legal compliance with applicable labour laws as per the government of Pakistan.
· Provide administrative support to conferences, workshops, trips, trainings etc.
· Implement guidelines for issuance of office facilities/equipment for the present staff and new employees.
· Supervise all the procurement for the organisation.
· Maintain lists of vendors, suppliers and service providers.
· Any other tasks assigned by the senior management.
