Viral Webbs is seeking a dedicated Law Assistant with three years of experience to support our legal team. Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed legal research to support case preparation and provide relevant information to the legal team.
- Manage and organize case files, document deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up on legal matters.
- Draft, review, and edit various legal documents, maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of legal terminology to facilitate clear communication and understanding across all case materials.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of four law assistants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for hearings, trials, and meetings by assembling necessary documents and evidence.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive legal information in compliance with professional standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients as needed, addressing inquiries and assisting with the preparation of case materials.
- Monitor and update case management systems to reflect current statuses and next steps.
- Support the legal team in administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
