Responsibilities

- Apply thorough knowledge of grammar rules and punctuation usage to enhance the clarity and consistency of texts.
- Ensure that all content complies with established style guides and company requirements.
- Collaborate with editors and authors to clarify ambiguous or inconsistent content and suggest improvements.
- Verify the accuracy of names, dates, and factual details against provided references or source materials.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure polished, error-free final outputs.
- Track proofreading progress and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Suggest changes to improve readability, flow, and coherence without altering the original meaning.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to support continuous improvement in editorial processes.
