We need someone with special skills in the Sales chat.

We are looking for a Sales Officer, who can sell over the Live Chat Platform (Hold on will let you know what we sell at the end of this writing)

Who can lead our existing sales team and help others to sell more. 

  • As a Sales Coach responsibilities include, mentoring salespeople, designing individual and team training courses, and preparing educational material.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority.
  • Not only can coach other individuals but can also perform the sales in real-time.
  • We are not looking for someone who can only give TED talks but someone who is willing to do it by himself and set himself as an example before training others.

Main Activities:

  • Selling digital products over the live chat platform.
  • Coaching other team members.
  • Reporting to the higher management via ZOOM meetings.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Must have international Experience.
  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • A fast-paced work environment.
  • Opportunity to work remotely serving clients across North America
  • Be trained on a proven sales process to take the guesswork out of success

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Must have international Experience.
  • Must be highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented.
  • Must be highly motivated and hard work.
  • Must be familiar with CRM practices and the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, driven and experienced in networking with and influencing decision-makers.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in opening doors to new opportunities.
  • Fast learner and passionate about sales.
  • Advanced English level.
