Virtual Assistant – Influencer Outreach Specialist – Remote

Our client, a prominent eCommerce company based in Denmark, is looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant – Influencer Outreach Specialist to join their marketing team. This is a full-time, fully remote role operating from 12 pm to 8 pm Pakistan Standard Time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing influencer collaborations and outreach campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle multiple relationships and tasks are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and initiate contact with potential influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage all influencer communications, including negotiations and onboarding procedures.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, monitor timelines, and track performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized database of influencer contacts and campaign statuses.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer activities with broader campaign objectives.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing outreach progress and campaign outcomes.
- Perform general administrative duties related to influencer management.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in influencer outreach or social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven capability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with influencer management tools or CRM systems is a plus.
