We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our e-commerce team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Amazon Seller Central account to enhance sales performance and overall account growth. This position demands hands-on experience with Amazon’s platform, including product listing optimization and PPC campaign management. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, capable of working independently, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central account activities, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and best practices.
- Optimize product listings by conducting keyword research, enhancing product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend search terms to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Plan, execute, and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns, analyzing performance data to maximize return on ad spend and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as order processing, customer service inquiries, and feedback management to maintain high seller ratings.
- Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated with Amazon’s policies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve account performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with a strong track record of improving sales and account health.
- Solid understanding of Amazon SEO and product listing optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaign setup, management, and optimization.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
