Key Responsibilites include:
Managing a number of calls in a timely manner.
Identifying customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue & providing solutions or alternatives.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Previous experience on Mortgage / Reverse Mortgage / Personal Injury Claims could be an asset.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
