Job Description

• Answer calls and provide information  about our products and services we offer,

• Book orders, or obtain customer information.

• Keep records of customers, register their complaints, and note their comments.

• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.

• Previous experience could be an asset.

• Working Hours: 9 hour shift.

• Basic Requirement : Good english Proficiency.

• No Age limit.

• Added Perks: Permanent Employment Status, PF & Overtime provided, Annual Leaves, Leaves Encashment, Referral Bonus.

• Gender: Male & Female

• Job Shift: 7pm-4:30am

• Salary: 15,000 to 35,000 per month

• Transport: Conveyance will be provided to females only.
