Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and effectively implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Effectively build, implement and monitor campaign budgets
- Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
- Analyze the overall contribution of marketing campaigns to the business
- Come up with the ideas for events to take place at Kickstart Cafe. Make it the most happening place in town!
- Continuously work to generate innovative ideas, analyze the latest marketing trends, and work to improve marketing results
- The candidate is expected to be present for ALL hosted events.
Job Skills Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: BBA or BSc Degree preferably marketing
- Experience: fresh - 1 year
- Should have good knowledge of all different media marketing strategies and tools
- Should be innovative, someone who is continuously coming up with new ideas
- Should be able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Great organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
