Clinical Research Associate

Kerlo Research is a New Jersey, USA based Clinical Research Organization with an overseas branch office in Defense, Karachi. We have been operating in this industry since 2012 and we have an established network of clinical sites across United States. We work with global pharmaceutical companies and CROs providing services to pharma and biotech industry. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate.

Major responsibilities:

Responsible to work directly with US based clinical sites on multiple clinical studies and provide support for the overall study management process Point of contact for clinical site questions relating to study protocol, FQs, start-up, budget, contract and similar documents

Work under the close guidance of Clinical team lead Provides clinical trial status updates to project teams and management Effectively build long term relationships with existing sites and perform initial vetting on new sites joining our network Work directly with US based clinical sites staff and build long term relationships Participates in the implementation of overall organizational process improvement initiatives

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferably in a medical or related field. Master's/PharmD degree preferable in medicine, pharmacy 2+ year experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Clinical Operations or a similar role Proven exceptional oral and written communication skills Prior work experience with a CRO/Clinical research department highly desirable

Knowledge of Study start-up process desirable Leadership / Client Management skills Ability to anticipate and timely escalate issues and to define appropriate action plans
