Kerlo Research is a Clinical Research organization located in New Jersey, USA with an overseas branch office based in Defense, Karachi. We have an established network of clinical sites across United States and we work with global pharmaceutical companies and CROs providing services across different therapeutic areas. We have openings for an experienced Clinical Study Manager and a Clinical Research Associate to join our Karachi team.
Major responsibilities:
· Responsible to work directly with US based clinical sites on multiple studies and provide support for the overall Site management process (CRA role)
· Work under the close guidance of Clinical team lead and guide CRAs to manage clinical studies (Study manager role)
· Point of contact for clinical site questions relating to study protocol, FQs, start-up/regulatory documents, study budget, contract and similar documents
· Provide clinical trial status updates to project teams and management
· Effectively build long term relationships with existing sites in our clinical network and perform initial vetting on new sites joining the network
· Engage clinical divisions of major pharmaceutical companies and build long term relationships
Participate in the implementation of overall organizational process improvement initiatives
· Basic Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree preferably in a medical or related field. Master's/PhD degree preferable in medicine, pharmacy
· 3+ year experience in the pharmaceutical industry in clinical research operations or a similar role (For Study Manager position only)
· Proven exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
· Prior work experience with a CRO/SMO highly desirable
· Leadership / Client Management skills
· Ability to anticipate and timely escalate issues and define appropriate action plans
