Visa sales officer

We are looking for a confident and articulate female Visa Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will support clients through the visa application process for multiple countries, including Canada, the UK, Ireland, the USA, Australia, and Schengen states. While prior experience in visa consulting is beneficial, candidates with strong communication skills and a background in sales or customer service are encouraged to apply. This client-facing role requires professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure a smooth and accurate visa application experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clients with accurate information and guidance on various visa categories such as student, tourist, work, and dependent visas. Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable visa or immigration options. Assist clients in completing visa applications and ensure all necessary documentation is properly submitted. Maintain regular follow-ups and clear communication with clients throughout the visa process. Stay informed about the latest immigration policies, embassy requirements, and visa regulations. Achieve monthly targets related to client consultations and conversions. Participate actively in training sessions to stay updated on visa procedures and changes. Coordinate with internal teams, documentation officers, and embassy or consulate contacts as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
This position is open to female candidates only, in line with role requirements. Freshers are welcome to apply as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates should have at least an intermediate level of education or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; fluency in additional regional languages is an advantage. A background in sales, customer service, counseling, or telecalling is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be confident, presentable, and able to manage client interactions professionally. Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools such as WhatsApp and Google Sheets are necessary. A willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, client-facing environment is important.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in visa consulting or travel agency roles will be considered an advantage for experienced applicants. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines is important. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills are highly valued. Candidates should be team players with a positive attitude. The preferred age range for applicants is 26 to 27 years. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary of up to Rs 50,000 per month, along with incentives and commissions based on performance.
