Job Role:
- Prepare bank payment Vouchers,receipt vouchers,journal vouchers.
- Must be aware of basic Accounting & Auditing Standards.
- Calculate depreciation at the end of each month as per the rates prescribed by the statute.
- To maintain the book of Accounts.
- Pass necessary journal entries & prepare cash trial and bank reconcillation statement.
- Ensure that necessary book s of accounts like cash book,ledger etc,are prepared and compared with bank statement.
- Prepare payroll record, petty cash details.
- Maitain bills and data entry to company records.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance team and prepare financial on monthly basis.
- Administer all accounting functions for acquisition and integration of processes.
- Awareness of prevailing taxation matters would be preferred.
