Network Support Engineer shall:
- Diagnose and escalate network issues and coordinate with various stakeholders such as the engineering team, field support team, upstream, and LDIs to resolve them.
- Perform routine monitoring and manage the maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Ensure closure of issues via email/phone correspondence with various stakeholders.
- Carry out the configuration of the various network element to ensure service provisioning as per customer requirements.
- Report network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects and resolving customer complaints.
