The ideal candidate will have good communication skills in English, proven agile software development experience, competent teamwork abilities, deep understanding of formal DB Development methodology/processes and experience with high-transaction, real-time production platforms
- Ensure all database systems meet business requirements
- Coordinate and work with other technical staff to develop relational databases and secondary databases
- Provides high-level database development assistance in creating specific applications for businesses
- May participate in multiple projects simultaneously as a development team member
- Must have knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential issues, and experience with best practices around database operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain testing processes for modifications to databases
- Development and maintenance of the database structures i.e. stored procedures, views functions etc.
- Produce ad-hoc queries and develop reports to support business needs
- Works harmoniously in a cross-functional team
- ETL experience
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Windows, MS-SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, SSIS, .NET, Web Services, SOAP, ODBC, Visio, MS Visual Studio, MS Project.
