Your role.
The Executive Business Partner will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer directly. This role is of strategic importance to assist the CEO in executing day-to-day business activities within and outside the organization across the globe and in particular at Islamabad office. You are based at Islamabad Office with some flexibility to work remotely during US EST hours overlap to support the CEO during his stay in the USA. VisionX Islamabad office is a state-of-the-art facility that houses 130+ best in the class AI engineers, product managers, and engineering experts.

Daily activities.
·Know everything about the business and act as CEOs spokesperson for the Islamabad Office.
·Maintain and manage CEOs calendar.
·Plan, book, and coordinate CEOs travel.
· Assist with customer meetings and events – plan, schedule, and follow-up.
·Send out customer communication on behalf of the CEO – newsletters, point of views, etc.
·Work with CEO on business strategy and partnerships.
·Prepare corporate and strategy content (documents, decks etc.)
·Engage customers on CEOs behalf and communicate as and when required.
·Take notes during customer meetings and structure them into a document for sharing with internal teams.
·Follow-up with the global teams on tasks assigned by the CEO and to meet the customer or internal deadlines.
·Perform customer, industry, and, market research.

Qualifications.
·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Technical discipline.
·Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Urdu).
·Expert in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Keynote (being a Mac user is a plus.)
