Your role
As a Technical Support Specialist at VisionX Technologies, you will assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent problem solver.
 
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent technical support during all sales and after-sales procedures.Additionally, you would also be working part-time as a back-end developer following agile methodology, developing Restful API’s. Also you will be working on Rotatory shifts (Evening 80%, Morning 20%).

Daily activities
·Work on developing new features and bug fixes
·Work with Customer Support team on-board to resolve customer queries in a timely and accurate way
·Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving challenges

Qualifications
·Bachelors in Computer Science
·Solid understanding of databases and raw queries
·Strong programming concepts
·Be proficient in understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
·Have knowledge of agile development methodologies and practices
