Vista Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Media Assistant Manager to join our vibrant marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media management, content creation, and data analysis. You will play a vital role in shaping our digital marketing strategies, ensuring the brand maintains a strong online presence, and driving engagement across diverse platforms. As a manager, you will oversee a team of four dedicated professionals, guiding them to achieve outstanding results in their campaigns while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset are key to succeeding in this role, as you will be required to interact with multiple stakeholders and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic across all digital platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of four digital media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow professionally and achieve team goals.
  • Oversee the creation and management of engaging content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to optimize website content for search engines, increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
  • Manage and analyze PPC campaigns, continuously optimizing for performance and return on investment.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences to inform content strategies and branding initiatives.
  • Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns using social media analytics and other monitoring tools, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns, ensuring targeted messaging and effective customer engagement.
  • Utilize brand strategy insights to refine and strengthen the companys overall digital presence and market differentiation.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, adapting them to ongoing marketing initiatives to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Design and conduct surveys and quantitative analyses to gather actionable insights from customer feedback and market data.
