As an E-commerce Business Manager at Vista Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and performance of our online business. You will oversee the development and execution of e-commerce strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales performance and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage and lead a team of six professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and skill development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improve our market position.
  • Oversee the management of all e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are optimized for user experience and conversion rates.
  • Utilize data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing, to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain management and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and identify new product opportunities.
  • Utilize project management skills to oversee e-commerce projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Create and manage content within Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure our website remains fresh and engaging for customers.
  • Implement measures to improve customer relationship management processes, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage data visualization tools to present findings and insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and adjust social media strategies using social media analytics tools to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Lead SWOT analysis sessions to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats concerning our e-commerce initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery and efficient inventory management.
