Visual Eyes Interiors seeks a motivated Junior Interior Designer with a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field and has at least one year of experience. The role demands basic proficiency in AutoCAD and a familiarity with 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray. The candidate will collaborate closely with senior designers and clients to produce draft designs, detailed plans, and mood boards that align with the client's vision and budget.
This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage client interactions and project timelines. Attention to detail is crucial as the Junior Interior Designer will assist in material selection, drafting, and detailing tasks while continuously learning and adapting to new design techniques. Although this role does not involve team management, it offers valuable opportunities to work within a creative environment and advance professional skills in interior design within Peshawar or its surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in creating detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and visual presentations that meet client requirements.
- Develop mood boards and material samples to communicate design concepts clearly and attractively.
- Use AutoCAD and other design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray to produce precise plans and realistic visualizations.
- Support the selection of appropriate materials and finishes that complement the design style and satisfy client preferences.
- Prepare drafting and detailing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards and regulations.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Organize project files and manage schedule deadlines to facilitate efficient workflow and timely delivery of design projects.
- Stay updated on current design trends, software capabilities, and industry best practices to continually enhance design quality.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to oversee implementation and resolution of design-related issues during project execution.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn from experienced designers by actively participating in training sessions and seeking constructive feedback.
