Agent's Duties
o Holds a Neutral Accent, Fluent in English, clear speaking voice
o Read from a prepared script that applies to the situation at hand
o Answer customers concerns courteously over the phone.
o Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
o Fresh candidates but with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply

Males (5:45 PM to 3:00 AM)
Females (5:45 PM to 12:00 AM)
