- Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
- Counts store inventory for official store records.
- Maintains logs of all products and supplies.
- Receives store deliveries
- Uses inventory software to keep track of orders, returns, and supply.
- Maintaining and updating records.
- Make GRN Notes.
- Make ISSUE Notes.
- Move stock as per requirement and update into system.
- Create Gate Pass in/ out
- Monthly Stock Count
- Check stock / products condition, Life cycle (warranty)
- Issue Stock to department.
- Share stock status for all project with Line Manager.
